The items listed below are prohibited from entering the facility through a security screening post unless an exception or exemption is granted in advance by the One Times Square Director of Security or other One Times Square Executive. The One Times Square Director of Security may grant access through a security screening post for a prohibited item that otherwise has a legitimate and legal basis for being carried or possessed in the building.
By no means is this list meant to be exhaustive; instead, it provides a broad overview of the types of prohibited items that are restricted from entering any of the attractions at One Times Square. All items deemed dangerous in the sole discretion of One Times Square are prohibited. In any circumstance, where there is a question of whether an item will be allowed into the building, immediately contact the One Times Square Security Room and request that the One Times Square Director of Security respond to your location.
Weapons and other dangerous materials Firearms (including pistols, rifles, shotguns, ghost guns, any realistic replicas of weapons, BB guns, pellet guns, stun guns and tasers), ammunition, knives of any shape or size, box cutters or sharp-edged instruments, brass knuckles, batons, slappers, billy clubs, handcuffs, any explosive devices including fireworks, flammable liquids, hazardous chemicals, smoke bombs, glass bottles and containers of any shape and size, aerosol cans, mace/pepper spray, permanent magic markers, and spray paint. Additionally, baseball bats, hockey sticks, golf clubs, and any martial arts equipment are all prohibited.
Transportation devices Bicycles, scooters, skateboards, roller skates, roller blades, shoes with wheels, and strollers that cannot be folded or collapsed if needed, wagons, hoverboards, Segway-type ride-on devices are all prohibited.
Luggage and One Times Square bag policy All suitcases, trunks, wheeled duffel bags, carry-on bags, coolers, and packages are prohibited. Any other bag, container, or parcel larger than a standard backpack, purse, or messenger bag shall be prohibited as well. All bags or packages that a guest desires to bring into One Times Square are subject to inspection, and the decisions of One Times Square personnel regarding the permissibility of any such bag or package are final.
Professional AV Equipment and Other Equipment Professional A/V equipment, selfie sticks, tripods or monopods longer than 12" fully extended, large commercial video, and commercial photo equipment, recording devices, megaphones, amplified speaker devices, and drones of any size are prohibited.
*You are permitted to bring your personal mobile device(s) to record and capture photos, as well as handheld cameras.
Other One Times Square Prohibited Items Laser pointers, folding chairs, construction tools, hammers, offensive clothing, any device that can cause a visual or audio distraction to the overall experience, and any other item that the One Times Square Security team or Executive Management Team feels can pose a threat to the guests and staff members at One Times Square.
There's no defined dress code for this experience; a casual look appropriate for a public setting, which includes wearing a shirt and comfortable shoes for walking through the experience will be fine.
One Times Square is fully ADA compliant. We have handicapped restrooms on all levels. Service dogs are allowed throughout the building. Motorized and non-motorized wheelchairs are permitted. The Viewing Deck has 360-degree access with glass panels so that visitors in chairs can still take in the view. Visit our “accessibility page” for more information.

There is active, 24/7 security at One Times Square. All you will notice is the primary security screening, similar to airport security procedure. Please keep in mind you will be monitored by cameras and other means throughout your entire visit.
Yes, strollers are allowed inside One Times Square. They must remain under 36” in width. However, we do not have stroller parking, so any stroller brought in must be taken through the experience and you may be asked to remove your child and fold your stroller up for access to the elevators within the experience.
Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times during their visit to the One Times Square Experience.

About i Candy tickets
In the Fever App, available on Google Play and the Apple Store. On the Fever website and One Times Square website.
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
If you would like to book for a large group, please reach out to connect@onetimessquare.com with your preferred attendance date and the size of your group.
We do not have a box office on site. We highly recommend you book your tickets in advance to guarantee your spot and desired time frame. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. You can also check if this option is available by consulting your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever App where, if enabled, the "Change date and/or time" button will appear. Follow the steps indicated in the link to change the date and/or time of the ticket. No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&Cs.
